Book a Course

    If you miss your online class, you will have access to the recorded class for a week OR you can attend a different class that week to make up for the missed class.
  • Please indicate if you have any physical injuries or health conditions that may affect your participation in the class. Include things such as high blood pressure, depression, menopause, glaucoma, trauma recovery. . .etc. Please be specific with any back or neck injuries if you have the information.
  • Please note your Yoga experience.
  • If word of mouth, please reference the person or business. Thank you.
  • Some ideas: improve strength, relaxation, learn about breathing, “me” time...
  • Please feel free to enter any details here you would like me to know about. If you would like to attend more than one class per week then please list your second class in this section. Thank you.

Useful Tips:

 

  • Each class will open 15 minutes prior to the class starting time.
  • Please wear clothes that are easy to move in, and layers are helpful for regulating temperature.
  • Warm socks can be nice for relaxation at the beginning and end of class.
  • Full payment is required to secure your space in a class.
  • Electronic transfer is the preferred payment option. When you book online you will automatically receive my bank account details. Cash is an option if need be.
  • If you are attending online please have a quiet space set up at home with your Yoga props - blankets, belts, blocks, bolsters and an eye bag. You can always improvise if you don't have all of this gear.
  • If you are attending an in person class please arrive allowing time to gather Yoga props and  set up your space.
