Relaxation massage is about providing a deeply relaxing experience for the person by releasing muscle tension, “tight spots” and increasing fluid flow in the body. This involves various massage strokes, and can be tailored to specific parts of the body or can involve the whole body.
Relaxation massage can help to:
- relax the body and mind
- relieve stress
- increase circulation and increase mobility
- reduce pain and nerve tension
- lower blood pressure
- support healthy sleep
- align the body and balance the nervous system
- support people with chronic asthma
Costs:
60 minute session $80
75 minute session $100
90 minute session $120
Includes talk time at the beginning and end of the massage.

At the end of 2022, I completed my Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation Massage through The New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine in Auckland. I studied part time, begining February 2021 and am thrilled to now be a qualified Massage Therapist.
