Life for most of us has become busy, busy, busy! Many of us are stressed, over worked, overwhelmed, bone weary tired, not sleeping properly, unhappy … and the list goes on. This Retreat is the perfect opportunity for you to step out and away from your day-to-day life.

Join us for this special weekend and enjoy being in a tranquil environment and in a nurturing teaching space where you will be supported to connect deeply with yourself, to rest, and to nourish yourself on all levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Leave feeling rested, peaceful and re-energised.

People are welcome to arrive from 4.30pm and settle in. Dinner will be at 6pm, with a relaxing Restorative Yoga class and an iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation to support us in moving into Retreat mode from 7.15pm. If you are unable to finish work early, it is fine to arrive later and join us for dinner at 6pm. If you are unable to make dinner at 6pm it’s important that you are present for the first class at 7.15pm.

Our time together over the weekend will involve a mix of Yoga, meditation, energy clearing practices, Angelic Reiki group healings, gentle somatic movements, a cacao ceremony, chanting and breathing practices.

The Yoga will be Restorative in nature, which is open to beginners, encouraging us all to enter into deep states of rest and relaxation.

Venue

Our venue is the beautiful Bellbird Heights at Living Springs, 218 Bamfords Road in Allandale, Banks Peninsula in a tranquil native environment.

Meals

Wholesome vegetarian food will be provided by chef Louize Juniper at a cost of $100 each. Basic breakfast food items will be provided by Melissa.

Energy Exchange

Bunkroom Accommodation, shared bathroom, and teachings: $475
Twin Accommodation, ensuite, and teachings: $525
Single Accommodation, ensuite, and teachings: $575

The Bunkroom accommodation includes 6 rooms with 4 bunks in each room and a shared bathroom. The maximum in each room will be 2 people.

The twin accommodation includes 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with 2 singles, plus a kitchenette and bathroom. Two people will be allocated to these rooms. Ideal for couples.

The single accommodation includes a small kitchenette and double bed with your own bathroom facilities. There will only be two of these rooms available and they will be saved for people who are unable to share a room for health reasons. Please see details on the booking form.

Further Information

To support the Retreat environment, there are to be no cell phones present in the teaching space, or to be used during meal times. You can keep your phone safely in your room, and if it feels right, I encourage you to only check it once a day or not at all over the weekend!

We will move into silence from 10pm until the first class at 9.30am the next morning. Being in silence encourages us in to Retreat mode, creates a quiet space for all, and the opportunity to connect more deeply with ourselves.

With restorative yoga, the body is completely supported with blankets and bolsters, in comfortable positions, and the poses are held for 10 – 15 minutes. These poses are wonderful for restoring the body to it’s natural and calm state of being, and for building energy. A deeply nourishing practice all about you.
